Cheetah (by William T Hornaday)
I feel… what do I feel? I feel the way I choose to react to my surroundings, and thoughts. You have to take your knowledge with you wherever you go. Wouldn’t it be useless to become so book-smart on confidence, love, forgiveness (you can enter whichever thing you wish) but to not act on that knowledge when out and about? Or when interacting with other people? To not… trust in what you know and do what you have learned is best? Yeah, pretty much… useless. You can read about being strong and spiritual and steadfast in faith, love, perseverance, kindess… which is WONDERFUL! So let’s say you have this desire to become more positive, so you follow the bible and God’s word… but you don’t trust in your knowledge… and doubt floods in.
STOP. You have to TRUST in yourself, you have to trust in your abilities, you have to trust in your soul, you have to trust in your intuition, you have to trust in all of these, in which God created, for YOU to tap into, to use, to rely on, to navigate you through life.
He, and Him only, made you, created you, brought you here, so that you could find Him and follow Him so that you can lead a Good life, and find salvation.
I truly understand all of this… but to ACT - verbally hurt someone, verbally compliment someone, complete all of your homework, complete only some of your homework, to silently decide to give the bigger half of the chocolate bar you split in half to yourself, or silently decide to give the bigger half of the chocolate bar to your friend… why don’t you choose whichever scenario you’d like - there are several of these situations in life in which you’ll come across every single day. I mean, isn’t that what life, technically is? A series of situations and events and decisions? When you make either the right choice or the wrong choice, you are acting. When you do something, you either subconsciously or consciously have faith - otherwise you would not have been able to perform the action. You have to have Faith in your abilities, (which God gave you) in order to just be. Like I said, subconciously or consciously.
Cut out the doubts. You know what you need to do. You know who you are - another human being getting along.
You have God, to let you know… to let you know that you are capable.
So, like I said earlier, you have to take your knowledge (that God gave you) with you where ever you go. You must act on that knowledge when you are out and about and when interacting with other people - when living your daily life - trust in what you know, and do what you have learned is best.
